UnicoCell Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as UnicoCell , 6794) signed an authorization contract with GSBC（Gene & Stem Biomedical Company (hereinafter referred to as GSBC) today (6/9). The two companies are working together to promote UnicoCell’s stem cell and its related products to the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.
UnicoCell specializes in the development of stem cell new drugs for regenerative medicine, the last patient enrollment have been completed in November 2025 for the phase 3 clinical trial of knee osteoarthritis. In addition to the opportunity to apply for a conditional approval of stem cell drug according to the Regenerative Medicinal Products Act, UnicoCell will apply for a drug licenseaccording to the results after the one-year follow-up by the end of this year. Moreover, the phase 1/2 clinical trial of chronic kidney disease has also been completing the report publications, it will be promoted to the subsequent clinical stage.
